At The Last Minute of The Transfer Window, Lira City Council FC Makes a Surprise Signing of a Veteran Goalkeeper.

A social worker by trade, Barnabas Okadapao has signed on as a free agent with the Lira City Council Football Club. He will enhance the goalkeeping unit as the club brings in new players to fortify the group in advance of potential FUFA Big League promotion Play-Offs.

The Gen. Muhoozi Birthday Cup was given to Okadapao, a goalie with extensive experience and exposure when LCC FC won City Holiday Expo, a locally organized competition. In that match, LCC FC defeated Ojok Kea’s Royal City FC 1-0 thanks to a lone goal by Odongo Brian.
